ループスという解釈はわかりませんが、連続動画でのアニメーションと表現します、これがまた30分程度になるという大作なので、動画作品というよりはWMPで観るアニメと思っても良いです。

ストーリーは元祖プ○キュアの二人が援○交際をするというもので、知る人ぞ知る関○援交をみているようでしっくりきますよ。
