たろたろそ〜すと同様に画像加工用ソフトなのですが、こちらの場合はテキストを付けたり、声を付けたりとCGに追加機能を付加することに特化したソフトですね。

これの他にもそういったソフトは有るのですが、このソフトの場合は誰でも簡単に使えることを重視している感じで、初心者でも扱いやすいのではないかと思われます。
