アニメもにもなっている、例の麻雀マンガをモチーフにした作品。

麻雀のルールが分かっているに越したことはないのですが、
負ければポイントがたまり、
イカサマアイテムが買えるようになるため、
時間さえあればクリア可能です。
天和ツミコミがありますので。

ボイスも付いており、十分満足行くのではないかと思います。
