「バイ○ハザード」シリーズの主人公の一人である「ジル」を主役とした作品です。
コスチュームでわかる方もいると思いますが、作品の舞台は一作目です。

ゲームでは颯爽と敵を倒していくジル。
しかし。この作品では逆に、ありとあらゆる敵にジルが殺されてしまいます。
つまり、ゲームオーバー直前、もしくはゲームオーバー後のジルを描いています。
情け容赦ないかなり激しい殺され方をされているので、ディープな猟奇的作品が好きな方にはお勧めです。
