抜けるかどうかは微妙ですが、経験したことのない快感を体験できます。
最初に聞いたときはいまいち催眠に掛かった感じがしませんでしたが、内容を把握してから力を抜いて何度も聞くと凄いことになりました。
人がいなくて物音のしない場所で、ベットに横になってヘッドホンとかで聞ける環境があるとベストかも。
