前作もかなり遊べましたが、今回はかなりスゴイです。
基本的にどこにでも攻め込めるようになったので、強力な敵惑星は後回しにしたりできます。
また、強力なレーダー艦を使ってアウトレンジから一方的に攻撃する、強力な敵艦隊には装甲艦をぶつけて物資切れを誘うなど、様々な戦い方が楽しめます。
さらに、お楽しみのオルドも今後拡張パックがでるとのことで、期待大です。
