自分はこの作品から催眠音声を始めましたが、
他と比べて催眠に入るまでの説明が丁寧です。

体の力を抜くまでの過程でお姉さんの声に従い、
声を聞くだけで気持ちよくなれる状態にいつの間にかなっています。

少し音声にノイズが入っているので気になるかも。
