何故か淫乱になってしまった幻想郷の女の子に追われてしまう魔理沙のお話である。
不思議のダンジョン風の感覚のゲームだが、大体の箇所が変更されており、自動回復などがないため戦略性が強すぎる。
しかし、幻想郷の女の子と戦闘していると、3DCG付きのノベルが手に入るため、今作の頑張れる最大のご褒美となっている(中には特殊な条件下じゃなければ手に入らない奴がいる)。
