肉奴隷調教というよりか援助交際を扱った18禁のADVで、エロよりシナリオ重視。
タイトルからしてエロエロなゲームに思えるがそうでは無い。
攻略可能なヒロインは3名。共通分が少なくて、大部分がヒロイン個別の話。結構メッセージ性もある。
テキストはそれなりの量があって、CG枚数は価格の割に多め。
ENDで流れる曲は、歌詞がひたすら「ニクドレイ」を繰り返すだけ。インパクトが強くてプレイ後8年経った今でも覚えている。
