霊能バトル活劇アドベンチャー。18禁。

テキストは結構読みごたえがある分量。
CGはいかにも同人と言った感じだけれど枚数は50枚以上と多い。
主人公が女性でシナリオも女性視点で進行するが、Hシーンは男性向け。

オンボロアパートで繰り広げられる日常描写が面白かった作品。
