作品のタイトル通り、おっぱいをテーマにした物語。
巨乳の先輩と妹との板挟みで悩む主人公。
先輩と交際しながらも、妹の誘惑に流されてしまいます。
Hシーンは先輩と妹のが交互にあり、もちろんおっぱいにこだわっています。
エンディングへの分岐も簡単なので、フルコンプは難しくないです。

全体的に見て少し短めであり、ほとんどが共通シーンですが、
ミヤスリサ原画ですので、イラストは可愛く、おっぱいも大きく表現されています。
ミヤスリサファンには、ぜひお薦めします。
