寝なきゃいけないけど眠れないときは、いっつもこれ聞いて寝てます。耳かき以外いろいろ種類があるんですが、やっぱり一番いいのは耳かきパートですね。すぐ寝られます。
聞いているだけで気持ちよく、とても良い睡眠をおくれております。
とてもクオリティが高いのでぜひこれからもシリーズを続けてほしいと思います。
