世界中のほとんどの男性がEDになってしまったという世界で勃起能力を持つ数少ない男性である主人公がヒロインを喰いまくるという展開かと思えば、敢えてKing of Erectなんて言うバカそのもの大会に持っていく展開が素晴らしい。
キャラクター設定も世界観を反映してか、かなりぶっ飛んだものとなっており、主人公を振り回す小悪魔風の姪を始め、高笑いと共に登場する怪盗とか、「そんなゴミクズ以下のチ○ポ、今すぐ私が叩き切ってやる!!」と啖呵を切る男性器鑑定士とか超個性的。
強烈な個性にキャラクターデザインの可愛い系とのギャップが面白い。
