ほのみが保健室でオムツ調教されているしえりに出会うところから物語は始まります。

ほのみがしえりのお世話をし、しえりもそれに答えてほのみにあまえます。
打ち解けていくと、ほのみも一緒にオムツをするほどに仲良くなります。
ローターを使用しているのにも関わらず、いやらしい感じのない
作品全体が甘い雰囲気に包まれています。

オシャブリやロンパースなど小道具も赤ちゃんプレイの可愛さを引き立てています。
