格闘ゲーム系ムチムチお姉さんがお得意なスパイラルブレーンさんのふたなりもの。
題材がエロさの割に同人作品の数が少ないランブルロー○で、しかもふたなりとなればさらにマニアック。その分内容は濃く、原作の女体へのこだわりぶりを損なわない絵柄と、プロレスしながらの挿入・射精等のエロプレイでファンなら十分満足できるかと。
贅沢を言えばもう少しボリュームがほしいところ。
