本サークルでヒットした「Dragon Mahjongg2」の前作に当たる作品です。
とはいえストーリー的繋がりもRPG要素もないので別作品と考えた方がいいでしょう。ちなみにおまかせモードも付いていないので、麻雀ルールを覚えてから挑戦することをお勧めします。

かといってゲームの魅力が損なわれているということは全くなく、実力派の原画家たちの描く魅力的なキャラクターや、難易度を選べる麻雀システム、アイテム集めというやり込み要素もあって、十分楽しめる作品となっています!
