作品中では、抽象的な説明ではなく、実際に気を理解しやすいような配慮、具体的なメソッドが提示されています。
繰り返しリピート再生し、作中で語られている方法を実践していくうちに、徐々に気というものが腑に落ちていく感覚が得られると思います。
