本作は、不気味な館で巻き起こるエロティックホラーRPG。
館には女性を狙う脱獄犯がおり、探索中に追われることもしばしば。さらに恐怖に侵食された、仲間がつぎつぎと豹変していくのも本作の特徴。また、のぞきやNTR要素もあり、遊び甲斐のある内容に仕上がっていると思います。
