糸場の知識もつく

糸場で見習いの女工が、自分たちで頑張るお話です。

糸を選別する際に製品で使わない分をくすねて、自分たちで考えて作った織り機で製品化させます。
しかし、出来たといえど出来としては並。先輩女工に追いつこうというところで話は終わります。

その他、昔の糸場事情にも詳しくなるコラム付きで面白いですね。
