家賃滞納で強制退去を避けるためJ○が管理人と性的な取引をするお話です。
普通なら悲惨な鬱展開、あるいは単純な快楽堕ちになりがちなシチュですが、本作は違います。
取引は手コキ・フェラチオ・尻コキと段階的に進み、そこには脅迫じみた誘導はありません。
だからでしょうか、少しずつ明里ちゃんが管理人と打ち解けていくのがいいですね。
ラストの明里ちゃんの表情はすごく良かった。オススメですよ!
