他の方も書かれていますが、導入がくどくなくそれでいて丁寧なので、催眠初心者の方もかかりやすいと思います。
わりと淡々と進んでいく印象ですが、しっかり掛かると良い意味で体力的に大変になるかもしれません
(ちなみにパートごとでファイルを組み合わせられるのですが、初めて聞いた時全部組み合わせたことに少し後悔しました)
癒されて、とても気持ち良くなれる作品です
