タイトルのままの内容が描かれています。

腹黒と一言では言っていますが、かなりありえないレベルの性格を表現しており、主人公は彼女にぎりぎりまで追いつめられます。

そこからの逆転劇としてが、エロシーンとなります。
見る者としては悪者を完膚なきまでに叩きのめす事に共感を覚え、スッキリするとする作品ではないでしょうか。
