タイトルの通り砦から脱出を試みるところから始まります。
普通のRPGと違って正攻法で敵を倒せず、不意打ち(暗殺)を狙っていかなければならない所が面白かったです。
CGも豊富で犯される頻度によって主人公が段々淫乱になっていく所なんかも良かったです。
EDも数種類あるので、値段以上にボリュームがあっておすすめです。
