メイドさんの優しくて丁寧な誘導により終始リラックスでき、安心して聞くことができました!全体的にゆったりとしたペースで語りかけられるので、Hパートを外せば安眠効果もあるかもしれません。(私はよく寝る前に聞いています。)ただ、期待していた乳首パートは少し短かったのでおまけ程度のものと考えた方がいいかもしれませんね。
