姦染シリーズの五作め。
主人公がショタ系なので、他の作品よりやや襲われる描写が多いだろうか。
とは言うものの全体としてはむしろ王道。

今回はヒロインが◎。
主人公の姉がやや珍しい設定だが、他はむしろ正統派に属しており、映画の一作のような安定感がある。
それだけに無事脱出した時の純愛も、襲われる陵辱シーンも見ごたえがある。

パニックホラー系なのにショタ系主人公なので、格好のいい主人公と言うのにはやや縁遠いが、それでも十分楽しめるだろう。
