タイトル通りで町を襲った巨大昆虫が人間の脳を吸い取り大パニックに陥るという内容。パニック映画さながらの緊張感が漂い、脳を吸われることへの恐怖や絶望感がたまらない!
また今回は脳に毒液を流し込み、生かした状態で卵を産み付けるシーンが加わったのがドストライクだった。
新作が待ち遠しい。
