初々しいけど人見知りという訳でもなく、丁寧で適度にエロい女の子の設定がいいですね。
マイクとの距離感の利用のしかたが巧みで、付かず離れずの距離をベースに効果的な場面でピンポイントに耳元でのささやきを混ぜる感じが素晴らしいです。
脚本の力もありますが、聴かせ方は流石かの仔さんですね。

相互オナニーのシーンも勿論良いのですが、事後の睡眠導入が素晴らしいです。
深呼吸で落ちつけつつ、耳元で他愛のない話をこしょこしょとされているうちにすーっと眠りに入っていく事ができます。
タイトルの通り、就寝前に聴くのにうってつけの作品ですね。
