新年度から大学生(一浪)の主人公が不動産で物件を探していると子作り前提のルームシェアで家賃ただと言う物件を見つけだし、そこに暮らす美人さんと子作りを行うちょっとだけSF的要素があるアドベンチャー。
まぁアドベンチャーとは言うものの、選択肢は一つだけでそこでエンディングが分岐する簡単なものです。システム的には昔のゲームでよく見たタイプで、登録日を見ると若干古いものの、まったく問題は無いでしょう。

時代的な関係で所謂「アヘ顔」が無かったのは良かったと思います。
