タイトルの通りに今までに見られなかったほどの拡張が行われます。とにかく拡張です。画面の2分の1くらいにまで拡張された子宮のドアップがあったりします。
そして重要なのが子宮や卵管などの内臓にあたる部分はモザイクがかかっていません!前作だとモザイクであまり表現できていなかったところがはっきりとわかります。
ちなみに流血はありませんし、ヒロインも拡張するたびに絶頂してる変態ですからグロいという印象は個人的にはなかったです。
少しでも気になった人には購入をおすすめします。
