現実ではない白昼夢だからと、妄想と欲望が炸裂する。その第2弾は、内容の濃さをレベルアップさせて展開される。

親しい人の意外な顔、苦手な人のむき出しの劣情など、これらに侵食されるのは共通している。しかし、非現実故、自身の心身を大きく変更されてしまい、アブノーマルな蛮行がより強調されている。

今作ではその力が本人とはかけ離れた人に作り替えるものが多く、それゆえ「妄想に囚われるエロス」に磨きのかかったシーンが楽しめる。
