いつも通りスゴイ
なんか全体的に柔らかな雰囲気で凄く安らぐ
他の方も書かれてますが、どんどんしろちゃんとの距離が近づいていて、なんか、グッときますね。

個人的にはボディスキャン耳かきが面白かった。
ボディスキャン瞑想は寝落ちするって有名なヤツですね
優しい耳かき、自然音と合わさって、きっと安眠効果間違いなしでしょう。
