まさにボテ腹特化といった感じ。
島を探索する為にはパートナーが必須。
そのパートナーを連れて行くための条件として、子供を妊娠する必要があるという徹底ぶり。

ボテ腹も段階的に変わって行くので、まさにボテ腹好きのために作られたと言っても過言では無いRPGです。
完全に快楽堕ちしているわけでは無く、島から出るために仕方ないと割り切りながら雄を受け入れる主人公の表情も中々オススメです。
