前作『Hな施設が多い町』よりもプレイのしやすさ・エロシーンのボリューム 共にアップした作品です。
CGもより綺麗になっていました。
前作同様、エロシーンは何度でも発生させられる上、今回は回想が追加された(見るには主人公のレベルアップが必要)ことでより楽しみやすくなっています。
