保健室に行くとしえりちゃんがおむつ姿で登場します。
驚いたほのみちゃんですがおむつ姿の彼女を受け入れ、そこから倒錯的な百合が展開していきます。最初は調教する側であったほのみちゃんですが最終的には彼女もおむつにはまります。
絵もきれいでかわいいですがそこから展開されるノベルも素晴らしいです。買って後悔しない素晴らしい作品だと感じました。
