中々寝付けない時に聴くと、もしかしたら寝れるかもしれません。
この手の催眠音声には個人差がありますから、全く効果がない人もいれば、効果抜群の人もいるでしょうが、単純に癒し系音声作品としても優れていると思うので、東方シリーズを知ってる人もそうでない人も、癒し系を求めるなら買ってみると良いと思います。
値段も手頃ですし。
