一昔前の地域振興券のようなノリで、行政が個人向けにサービスを行うというのが本作のストーリーです。
この主人公は年上のお姉さんに甘やかされたいという願望をかなえてもらい、当然プレイ内容もそのようなものとなっています。
エロさよりもイチャイチャや甘い雰囲気重視となっており、密着する時間が長いのが個人的に好きなところです。特に3トラック目は他に聞いたことがないユニークなプレイとなっています。
