四苦八九氏のシナリオ&まさきふぁんさんの双子というゴールデンコンビということで購入。
音声中に、「動いても催眠は解けない」とか「痒かったら掻いてもいい」とか言われるのでとても気楽に聴ける。
呼吸や脱力などの指示もないので、ほんとに聴いてるだけで
勝手に催眠にかかっていきます。
時間も50分程度ですので催眠初心者にも最適だと思います。
