StudioSの前作「モン娘★ファイト!」と同じシステムを使った一般向け格闘ゲーム。
ボタン連打によるオートコンボや、ふっとばしへの対抗策であるカウンターなど、戦略は共通となっているが、キャラクターや技自体は全く新しいものとなっている。
原作が好きな方はもちろん、格闘ゲーム初心者からやりこみ勢にも安心の良作。
