他にあまり類を見ない、催眠「動画」です。
声だけでなく映像(スライドショー)によって催眠の世界へと連れて行ってくれます。
真っ暗な部屋で女の子の目を見つめていると、だんだんとぼーっとしてきて、やがて深い催眠状態に……。
映像があることでイメージが苦手な方でも入りやすいのではないでしょうか。

注意事項にもあるのですが、背もたれのある椅子を用意しておきましょう。
また時間が長めなので、お尻が痛くならないよう座布団やクッションがあるといいかもしれません。
