始めのリラックス運動や催眠を深くする丁寧さなどでとても催眠にかかりやすかったです。中身はM向けな内容ですが、どうせ一度聞いてしまえばやみつきになるのであんまり関係ないです。また、気分もリラックス出来るのもgoodです。
