私の場合、夢の中で割と自由に動いたり、向かってくる敵を倒したりできるので、
夢で動ける用というよりか、「精神体鍛錬」や「重力知覚」に興味があり購入してみました。

内容は体外離脱にも役立ちそうだなーと思いました。
実際、深くリラックスしている時に修行していたら
「上へ～」と思った瞬間、上にふわっと体脱しそうになってビックリしました。
私に勇気があったらトゥルンと抜け出ていたかもしれません。
