シリーズ物の三作目。

今回は前回までと違い、ストーリーの枚数の多さが特徴的。
その分、おむつだけでなくスパンキングやスカトロなどのプレイも収録されていて、おむつ調教モノとしての満足度がとても高くなっている。
もちろん今回もおむつの種類ごとに差分があるので、お好みのおむつ姿を選ぶことができるのも良い。
