まず言っておくと、とにかく長いです。催眠の常識的には長すぎるのは良くないと考えていましたが色々と工夫がされていて少なくとも飽きると言ったことは個人的にはありませんでした。
催眠にかかれなくても良いやと気軽な気持ちで聴いてみても損はしませんので悩んでいる方は是非聴いてみて下さい。
