町の人から話を聞きつつ主人公は犯人を推理していき、最後は各事件のボスと戦う事になる。戦闘難易度は決して難しくはなく、アイテムを惜しまなければレベル上げしなくても普通に勝てる。一方で主人公にダメージを与えるアイテムも存在するので、逆に負けようと思えば簡単に負けられる、敗北エロゲに必要な要素がきちんと用意されている。
