本家と比較して体感ですが1UPアイテムの出現率が高く、プレイしやすい難易度となっています。
バスターの使い勝手が非常にいいため、ボス戦でも特殊武器よりバスターの方が戦いやすい、と言う状況も生まれやすいです。

特殊武器入手時の感想はどことなく本家の会話を彷彿とさせます。
