敵と戦って装備をGETしてキャラクターを強化していくというふうに、戦闘周りはシンプルかつ分かりやすかったです。倒すのに苦労したキャラクターを拠点に連れて行って犯したり、仲間として連れ歩ける様になった時は爽快感があります。
また、戦闘中に表示されるドット絵も前作より綺麗になっている点も良かったです。
