今までいくつかの無料催眠音声を聴いてきましたが催眠にかかり切れずに悩んだ末、この作品の購入に至りました。
総再生時間が30分程度で、聴く前の段階では短すぎないか、また他の購入者のレビューほどではないのでは?と疑念がありましたが、無駄な心配でした。
リラックスできるようにコンディションを整えて聴けば、よほどのことがない限り催眠の感覚を体験できる作品だと思います。
