基本的にタイトル通りの作品です。女体化前の姿は無く、最初から既に変化済みです。
女体化した主人公の視点で進みますが、途中までは弟分だった幼馴染との恋愛、途中からその兄に寝取られていく形となっています。
僕の声とありますが、特に「僕」が疑問を持つ事はありません。しかし、主人公はその間にも「僕」の兄にしっかりと躾けられていきます。
