前作に比べてカード要素が加わり、本家を知っているとついつい読んでしまう。非現実的なものではあるが、ニヤリとさせられる。
全体的に蟲姦主体のため、好みは分かれるので注意。

差分によるキャラの表情が通常、泣き顔、アヘ顔、悪堕ちと多彩なのも楽しめる要素。
