「耳穴の奥に捻じ込まれた舌のざらつきと、唾液の粘性を極めて高水準に体感させられる事により〇玉が軽量化を強いられる」
という点に尽きます。あまりにも実用的、あまりにも超技術

ぶっちゃけ他に比肩する者なき頂点と言えます
